Paul Hill
Independent Financial Advisor
Director
After leaving the RAF in 2006, Paul graduated into finance with Countrywide Financial Services & Barclays Wealth. He gained numerous awards for service and rose to the top 3 advisers in the country with Barclays Bank. With an equivalent level 5 in investment planning, Paul exceeds the current required FCA qualifications for investment advice.
Away from the office, Paul has a keen interest in personal investments, business and cars, often combining them all. With three daughters, Paul also enjoys battles to get to the bathroom and has become an expert at waiting to leave the house.
David Andrews
Independent Financial Advisor
Director
David’s 18 years’ worth of experience as a fully qualified financial advisor have allowed him to develop a certain sense of empathy for his clients and their financial needs. David prides himself in his ability to break down and explain complicated financial strategies in easy to comprehend recommendations, allowing his clients to make more informed and appropriate decisions.
Outside of the office, David is very much family orientated, being happily married to his wife, Susan, and a proud father of two sons. David also enjoys trying to play golf, running, and spending time with family and friends.
Maria Atherden
Mortgage Advisor
Maria started her working life with a 10 year stint in one of the country’s largest corporate real estate firms where she was consistently amongst the firm's top performers in the UK. She joined Complete Financial Planning in July 2014, taking the plunge into financial services and has now been responsible for assisting over 200 clients in obtaining mortgages and protection policies.
Maria is a passionate sports fan and is perhaps over enthusiastic when supporting her beloved Sussex Sharks and the England teams in both Cricket & Rugby. She also enjoys musicals, films (primarily Disney) and experimenting with different cuisines.
Louis Goacher
Independent Financial Advisor
Louis is a level 4 qualified Independent Financial Adviser and mortgage adviser, priding himself on his high level of communication skills and client focused approach. He is an ex-serviceman who accumulated numerous high level awards during his 12 years serving with the Royal Engineers. He has a proven track record as a property landlord and has a keen eye for detail with regards to investing.
Away from finance, he is an enthusiastic boxing fan and level 1 coach, who enjoys eating out with his partner Rachel and taking his bulldog Reggie, out for country walks.
Caroline Roberts
Admin assistant - Mortgages and protection
In her schooling years, Caroline gained experience as a multi award winner with the East Sussex Young Partnership program. Caroline went on to graduate in finance and in 2016 won a place on the Complete Financial Planning apprenticeship program. She took to the program and subsequently holds a permanent position within the firm focusing on mortgages and protection. Caroline enjoys finishing a book from her ever-expanding reading list. She is also well known in the online gaming community having attended multiple world championships, although she has never disclosed her gamer tag to the office.
Jade Wright
Admin assistant
Jade joined from full time education to become a successful applicant for our trainee scheme. Having proved herself in this training environment the company created a new admin role just so they could retain her in the business. Her attention to detail is second to none and she has become a valuable asset in the organisation. A keen dog owner, Jade likes to take her beloved Ethel for strolls along the seafront, whatever the weather.
Elliot Jones
Admin assistant - Trainee advisor, Investments and pensions
Elliot left college opting to start his career on the financial services ladder rather than pursuing a diploma at university. On applying as a trainee, Elliot rose above the tough and numerous competition to be selected for his current role within the firm. Elliot now undertakes administration support for David & Paul whilst undertaking the long road to becoming a qualified advisor. Outside of work, Elliot has a very active lifestyle competing in sporting competitions in and around his home town of Bexhill, requiring daily protein portions of chicken and rice that according to him "never gets boring".
Holly Piper
Administrator
Since leaving school, Holly has utilised her natural organisation and people skills to undertake top administration roles for blue chip companies. Complete Financial Planning however managed to enlist her and now enjoys the use of her extensive experience locally.
Growing up as an Eastbournian, Holly has lived in many places around the world including Germany and Cyprus. She has 3 children and enjoys spending time with them and her partner. She likes nothing more than a walk along Beachy Head followed by a Sunday lunch.
Judith Hill
Gardener/Office manager
Complete Financial Planning managed to pluck Judy from her previously comfortable retirement to utilise her skills in the company garden and office. In addition to bringing maturity to the office, having spent her working life in the travel industry, Judy also brings her international vibe. Judy grew up in South London in the 60’s and claims to remember all of it. At home she enjoys quilting, charity work and has a vibrant social life.
